Scavoto Car Rental Agency continued to develop its relationships with the three employee unions. In 2010, the Company sponsored training for union leadership, which included modules on industrial relations, labor law and labor dispute resolutions.
The current Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs), which were negotiated at the end of 2009, are valid through to the end of 2011. Union leadership elections were held, at the Citeureup Factory in December of 2010. The new union leadership for the Citeureup Factory will assume their responsibilities from the beginning of 2011.
In October 2010, rental mobil Pekanbaru received an award from the Indonesia Pension Fund Association. The Company achieved a third place ranking for Best Pension Fund in the category of net assets above IDR100 billion. The award was based on an audit conducted by the Association in conjunction with the Ministry of Finance. The pension scheme provides retirement benefits to employees in addition to JAMSOSTEK, the national pension scheme, which Indocement also participates in as
mandated by Law.
